Self-Surrender.

LORD, take my lips, and speak through them; take my mind, and think through it; take my heart, and set it on fire; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.41).

For Consecration 4.

LIVING or dying, Lord, I would be Thine: Keep me Thine forever, and draw me day by day nearer to Thyself, until I be wholly filled with Thy love, and fitted to behold Thee face to face; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.41).

For Angelic Guard.

O GOD, Who in Thy unspeakable providence dost vouchsafe to send Thy holy angels to be our guard: Grant that we, Thy humble servants, may always be defended by their aid and rejoice in their everlasting fellowship; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.47).

After a Safe Return.

ALMIGHTY, everlasting God, Who orderest all our days, and all our life: Grant unto Thy servants the gifts of continual peace; and as Thou hast brought us back again in safety to our home, do Thou ever preserve us in quietness under Thy protection; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.47).

Before a Journey.

O GOD, Who didst cause the children of Israel to pass dry-shod through the midst of the sea, and Who, by the leading of a star didst open to the Magi the way unto Thyself: Grant to us, we beseech Thee, a prosperous journey and fair weather; that attended by Thy holy Angel, we may happily arrive at that place whither we are going, and finally attain to the haven of eternal salvation; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.45-46).

For Divine Guidance and Protection.

GRANT us, O Lord, we beseech Thee, always to seek Thy kingdom and righteousness; and of whatsoever Thou seest us to stand in need, mercifully grant us an abundant portion through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.43).

For Divine Guidance and Protection 2.

GRANT, we beseech Thee, Almighty God, unto us who know that we are weak and who trust in Thee because we know that Thou art strong, the gladsome help of Thy loving kindness, both here in time and hereafter in eternity; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.43).

For Grace to Use One’s Gifts.

O LORD God of righteousness, Who art ever merciful and lendest: So bestow on Thy servants the talents which Thou seest to be expedient for them, that they may return them with a good increase to Thy glory and honor; Who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.42-44).

For Godly Life.

MAKE us, O Lord, to flourish like pure lilies in the courts of Thine House, and to show forth to the faithful the fragrance of good works, and the example of a godly life; through Jesus Christ, Thy Son, our Lord, who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.42).

To Abound in Works of Mercy.

O CHRIST, our God, make us ever ready to aid the poor and needy, and to keep Thy law, that abounding in works of mercy, we may become the fellows of the heavenly citizens; Who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen  (Oremus, 1925, p.42).
