On Wednesday nights, Trinity Lutheran Church(Herrin, IL) offers to both children and adults an opportunity for teaching with Learn-by-Heart at 6:30 PM and a catechetical service at 7:00 PM.

This service is designed to prepare God’s people for the theme of the upcoming Sunday Divine Service.  The dialog sermon explains Prayer (St. John 16:23-33), which is the Holy Gospel for the Fifth Sunday in Easter.

In this video from May 18, 2022, we learned Lutheran Worship #152, stanza 1-4 of “Up Through Endless Ranks of Angels,” Small Catechism, Table of Duties: To Husbands: 1 Peter 3:7, Col 3:19, To Wives:  Eph 5:22, and St. John 16:33.
